Mt. Adams Condominiums Performed room acoustics analysis in existing 4-story Cincinnati Art Academy built in 1894. Testing included FSTC, IIC, and RT60 insure a successful renovation to upscale 14-unit condominiums.

Westerville, Ohio

Acoustical Systems measured the sound level in existing condominiums where the sound transmission between dwellings was unacceptable.  Recommendations were made to reduce the sound transmission loss to FHA and industry standards.

Montgomery County Juvenile

Acoustical Systems reviewed the construction drawings and made Justice Center specific recommendation on how to reduce the noise level from a second floor gymnasium to intermediate floor court rooms. ASI also made recommendations for wall and floor STC constructions and room NC values.

Condominiums @ 333 E Main St

Acoustical Systems performed Field Impact Insulation Class (FIIC) Lexington, KY testing while construction was underway. The ASI Norsonics Tapping Machine was placed in Suite 327 and the FIIC was measured in Suite 227. The floor construction was 5” thick concrete / Kahrs Combosystem (or) Kahrs Quietstride underlayment / Kahrs 5/8” engineered floating floor.
